Description
Condron Dry Verge systems are designed to provide a neat and secure mortarless finish at roof verges.
The system is available in two types: a bespoke system for Condron Senior Slate, and a standard system.
The systems offers a neat finish at verges with a secure second fixing for the verge tiles in combination with tile head nailing. An eaves closure provides a tail fixing for the first verge unit and prevents access into the roof space to birds, rodents and nesting insects. At the ridge, the system can be neatly finished using a blockend ridge tile or plastic end cap.
Manufactured from Polypropylene and available in colours to match or complement the tiles

Thin leading edge tiles: Senior Slate
Large format tiles: Slate Tile, DR Tile, Pantile/Low Pitch Pantile, ‘M’ Profile Tile
Minimum pitch: As roof tile
Batten Gauge: 280 –345 mm
