Description
The Condron Dry Ridge System is designed to provide a neat and secure mortarless finish at roof ridges.
The system is available to suit Condron Universal Ridge tiles and can be used with all roof tiles and slates.
Ridge batten straps are included to secure the ridge battens to the rafters to provide a secure fixing for the dry ridge system.
Ventilated ridge roll provides a neat waterproof finish under the ridge tiles and ensures the correct high-level ventilation where the underlay is stopped 30mm short of the apex on each side of the ridge.
The system provides a secure fixing for the ridge tiles. Each ridge tile is secured at its ends using a Universal Ridge Union, a clamping plate, and a 120mm A2 Torx headed screw with a sealing washer. In additional, for extra security, extra screws with sealing washers are provided to fix each ridge through a pre-drilled hole in its centre.
