Condron Dry Verge System Installation Guide

Install underlay, overhanging verge by approximately 40mm. 

Install battens at gauge to suit the tiles, overhanging verge by 47mm 

Fit an eaves closure into eaves course verge unit, remove breakoff piece to suit left or right hand verge. 

Position verge unit over first course verge tile and mark position of eaves closure. 

Remove verge unit and secure eaves closure onto wall or bargeboard using appropriate fixings depending upon substrate. 

Locate first verge unit over eaves closure and click into place. Secure top of verge unit onto end of tile batten using an A2 40 x 3.35mm stainless steel screw (supplied). 

Locate the next verge unit over lower verge unit and click into place. Secure top of verge unit onto end of tile batten using a screw. 

Repeat for all tile courses up to the ridge. 

Finish the system with a ridge end cap over end ridge and top course verge units.
